Delivery Policy

• Orders placed before 12:00 noon may be dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders received after 12:00 noon are normally dispatched on the next working day.
• Order processing may take up to 2 working days.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Orders are dispatched through Leopards Courier Service or another registered courier service.
• A tracking number will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
• Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate.

• Standard delivery normally takes 5–7 working days.
• Delivery may take up to 8–10 working days depending on the location and circumstances.
• Deliveries are generally made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• No standard deliveries are made on Sundays.

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Credit/Debit Card payments are also available where applicable.
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
• The courier rider may not always have change available.

• Orders above Rs. 40,000 may require an advance payment.
• Our team will contact the customer after order confirmation.
• Payment details will be provided by our team during the confirmation process.

• Customers generally cannot open the parcel before completing payment.
• Parcel opening is only possible if specifically authorized by Pentasports or the courier service.
• Please check the external condition of the parcel before accepting delivery.

• The customer will normally bear the exchange shipping cost.
• Different terms may apply where the exchange is required because of an error on our part.
