How to Measure Your Body
Follow these simple steps to get accurate measurements before selecting your clothing size.
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the measuring tape horizontal and relaxed.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Do not pull the tape too tightly.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level all the way around.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle along the inside of your leg.
How to Measure Your Foot
Your foot measurement is the easiest way to choose the right footwear size.
Place Your Foot
Place a blank sheet of paper on a flat floor. Stand naturally with your heel against a wall.
Mark Your Longest Toe
Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Make sure you are standing normally.
Measure the Length
Measure the distance from the wall or heel edge to the toe mark in centimetres.
Compare With the Size Chart
Compare your measurement with the relevant PUMA or product-specific size chart.
For the Most Accurate Fit
Measure Both Feet
Feet can be slightly different in size. Use the measurement of your larger foot.
Measure Later in the Day
Feet and body measurements can change slightly during the day.
